Our yoga sessions are designed as an extension of the Beauty Hideout experience — calm, intentional, and restorative.
Hosted in an intimate studio setting, each class focuses on nervous-system regulation, gentle strength, mobility, and breathwork to support both physical wellbeing and skin health. Sessions are deliberately capped to maintain a peaceful, personalised atmosphere and ensure each guest receives guidance throughout.
This is not a high-volume gym class. It is a wellness ritual — created to complement our facials, massages, and skin treatments.
Yoga at Beauty Hideout is available through class packs and monthly wellness memberships, encouraging consistency, balance, and long-term results.
