Treatments
In order for us to deliver the best facial treatment please make sure you are not wearing any make up.
This will ensure your appointment starts on time and also allows a better facial treatment.
If you do come with make up you will be charged an additional £5.
Prior to your appointment please notify us of any skin. Conditions or allergies
No Show
If you fail to show up for your appointment and you do not notify us within 24 hours, you will be charged £10. You will be removed from our booking list if no show is repeated.
Late Fee
If you are more than 10 minutes late, a fee of £10 will be added to your final bill.
If after 20 minutes you still do not show your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will lose your payment/deposit.
If you require to fulfil the treatment, you will only receive the service according to the time is available however if this does happen it is highly possible that you will not receive the full treatment in the time remaining.
