❌ Cancellation
Memberships may only be cancelled after the first 3 months. A 50% fee will apply to the remaining months.
💳 Payments
Collected monthly via direct debit.
📅 Rescheduling
One appointment may be rescheduled per term. All changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
👤 Non-Transferable
Treatments and membership benefits cannot be shared or transferred.
⏳ Expiry
All treatments must be redeemed within the 6-month membership period.
